When approached by Phorest to participate in OBM, Catherine said it was a no-brainer. At the time, she was managing the business’ busy marketing calendar while also on maternity leave. “I wasn’t physically there, but I was doing the marketing and such for the salon. “[OBM] took the pressure off,” she explained. “ It was amazing. It was done for me, I could send it to my clients, attract them in, and get the word out about the new services.

Taking on something new for the business while out on maternity leave may have been daunting, but Catherine explained that the process of onboarding with OBM was seamless.“The setup was very smooth. Once people have it, they’re more likely to book it again because they love it…the campaign has really encouraged larger tickets too [among clients].”

Increased Bookings & Awareness: After sending both campaigns, Catherine noticed an almost immediate increase in facial bookings. In particular, Catherine noted how clients who had never tried the facial being advertised in the campaign were booking it for the first time.

Rebooking & Retention Increase: Clients who booked skin treatment promoted by the OBM campaign have since rebooked it because they enjoyed it so much.

Higher Ticket Prices: By promoting a high-value treatment, Catherine said that many of her regular clients’ average in-salon spend increased.
